Are
there any medication that should not be taken while
using SBS?
Due to the fact that there are so many medications
on the market today, we ask that you speak to your local
pharmacist and let them know what medications you're taking,
and tell them the four herbs we use in our capsules and
tea. Hopefully they will give you the answers you need
to make an informed decision. If you feel that they haven't

currently on birth control pills and was wondering
if it's safe to use SBS. Will SBS lessen the effects
of my birth control pills?
Yes, it is safe to use SBS while on birth control
pills, and there is no need to use a back up method of
birth control.

read other companies' web sites that say you have
to drink a ton of water to have the herbs work
for you. I really don't like water so is this really
necessary?
We realize that other companies have stipulations
that seem a bit odd, but with our products it's not paramount
to drink gallons of water per day. Water is good for the
body and nourishes the skin so you should have at least
a few glasses per day, but we're not telling you that you
must have it.

important is my diet when it comes to how well
SBS will work for me?
Eating a healthy, well-balanced diet is important
to begin with, but for growth of new tissues it's very
important. We do suggest that you eat at least three healthy
meals per day. The body needs nourishment so that it has
the strength and ability to produce healthy new cells and
tissues.

Will
smoking affect how well SBS will work for me?
Yes, smoking affects the entire body. The heart,
blood, and blood vessels make up the circulatory system,
which distributes oxygen and nutrients to the body and
carries away carbon dioxide and other waste products. Smoking
constricts the blood vessels which causes the body to become
unable to absorb nutrients as it once did.

feeling very depressed and unattractive. After
breast feeding my two children, my breasts have

SBS still work for me?
Yes, SBS can still work for you, however the results
may be slower for you than those with an average metabolism.
We suggest that you eat well, wait 45 minutes, then take
your capsules. However, we do suggest using the liquid
instead of the capsules. This will absorb into the bloodstream
quickly which will be of more benefit to those with high
metabolisms. Adding our Breast Enhancing Soap will also
help to speed up the process.

My doctor told me that I was probably done growing.
Is it safe for me to take SBS, and will it still
work for me?
Although we believe our products to be completely
safe for girls your age, we do not sell to minors. As women,

we know what it's like to be 16 and feel like you need

worked very hard to maintain my weight. Will SBS
cause me to gain weight? Will it affect any other
areas of my body?
SBS will not cause you to gain weight, nor will
it affect any other areas of the body. Phyto-estrogens
